Introduction

Tundish Open Nozzle, used in continuous casting, is an essential refractory that provides stability of molten steel stream and controls the flow volume of molten steel. It plays a vital role in deciding the life of tundish.
With our efforts to develop and enhance the quality of Zirconia Open Nozzle, we were able to produce highly densified Nozzles by using high quality materials and through high-temperature burning.
Our Nozzles are excellent in corrosion resistance against molten steel and high in resistance against thermal-spalling, which allows our customers to enjoy a stable operation environment.

Zirconia Nozzle

CaO-stable Zirconia based Open Nozzle Cone is excellent in thermal abration against molten steel and strong against thermal-spalling.

Well Block

Al2O3-SiO2 Well Block plays an important role of holding the expanding nozzle due to its stable characteristics in hot-condition.

Mortar

Al2O3-Cr2O3 Air-setting Refractory Mortar is excellent in cold bonding, absorbing an expansion of nozzle in hot condition, and preventing the infiltration of molten steel.
